Additional Information
Drop off your items on the first day of your rental period, setup garments by steaming, pricing and affixing a security tag if necessary. Our team will provide assistance to make sure everything is in place and ready to go.
Our concierge service offers an extra level of care for busy sellers. Simply drop-off your items instore, and we setup and manage your rack, keep it tidy, and top up items as they sell. This service is perfect if you can’t regularly visit the store to top up but want to make some extra cash.
Rack rentals start on your chosen date and last for a minimum of 2 weeks. At the end of your rental period, you can either collect unsold items or donate them. We’ll send you a reminder before your end date to make arrangements.
MUSE, Relove rack rental starts at $240 per 2-week period. Our Concierge offer is all inclusive at $380.
We recommend, preloved item should be sold for at least 1/2 of the original purchase price. If your items still have tags, then consider selling them for 1/3 of the original cost.
Keep in mind what to price according to brand, season and condition.
We offer a sales period, if you wish to discount toward the end of your renal, you can let us know and we’ll manage the sale – we suggest anything from 20% to 50% at the end.
By offering a preloved resale service, we are encouraging people to buy higher quality items so that they will re-sell for more.
Please ensure clothing is;
– Suitable for the current season and trends; and
– In excellent condition.
– All items must be pet-hair of lint-free.
Items with holes, stains or excessive will not be accepted.
Vintage and designer pieces are welcome, but please ensure everything meets our quality standards.
Before drop-off, ensure all items are clean and ready for sale. Price tags will be provided for you to label each item. If you’re using our concierge service, we’ll handle restocking and organising your rack as items sell.
Don’t forget, you can top up during your rental period, keep track of your sales live and we’ll organise with you more price tags and hangers.
If you need to cancel or shorten your rental period, please contact us. Unfortunately, rental fees are non-refundable, and no refunds will be issued if you decide to end your rental period early.
Requests to change booked dates within 14 days of your reservation start date are not guaranteed and will be managed on a case-by-case basis. Please note that amendments moved to later dates will not be eligible for a refund.
We are happy to assist you in extending or adjusting your booking as needed, but once your rental begins, no refunds will be issued.
