OUR SERVICE:

MUSE, Relove is a rack rental (aka rent-a-rack) fashion boutique with commission. We resell preloved quality high-street and luxury fashion, and designer accessories. We provide an easy way for the community to recycle good-quality garments, earn money, and support a circular economy.

We accept only clean and undamaged clothing and accessories for sale at our boutique. We reserve the right to reject and remove any items we deem unsuitable for sale or presentation.

  •  All clients must follow the below rules to book and sell at MUSE, Relove.
  • MUSE has a strict no return or exchange policy. All items are final at the point of sale because they are second-hand sold through a commission structure.
  • We try our best to keep the items safe and secure and provide security tags, although, MUSE is not responsible for any goods misplaced or stolen during a rental period. We ask, do not sell any items that you cannot risk losing.
  • You are responsible for emptying your rack of all your items on the day your reservation concludes. Any items left-over beyond this will become the property of MUSE, Relove; due to no ability to store items, leftovers will be removed from the store all together.
  • MUSE staff will maintain your rack keeping it presentable for customers.
  • Funds from any/all sales will be transferred to your nominated bank account within 10 business days after your rental has ended, and/or following the date of the final collection of items.
  • If a payment is unsuccessful, we will contact you for different payment options.
  • All reservations must be booked online and paid in full before commencing the reservation. If you seek assistance, please email the team at hellolover@muse.eco or visit the store.
  • If you can no longer attend your reservation and need to reschedule, please log onto Zellr to rebook the space or email hellolover@muse.eco, and we will assist in finding an alternative suitable date. We will do our best but cannot guarantee this.
  • If you need to cancel your reservation altogether, please email the team at hellolover@muse.eco to assist. If cancellation is within 14 days of your reservation, the online booking fee will be forfeited.
  • Should your reservation fall on a public holiday or if the boutique is closed due to extenuating circumstances, clients will maintain their 14 day rental period.
  • Racks can be topped up at any time during the rental period, you must make a new pricing sheet in Zellr.
  • MUSE reserves the right to remove any item we deem are ‘unsellable’ from your rack at any time.
  • Price Tags must be securely attached to all items with the safety pins provided. Without a price tag, we are unable to scan the item to sell. If we do find items without price tags on your rack, we will take these items and put them in lost property – if you are missing any item please ask the team member for assistance.
  • Clothing, shoes, accessories and bags are the only items that will be allowed to be sold at the boutique. These items must all be privately owned and selling stolen goods is forbidden.
  • Selling of goods that do not belong to you or goods that are stolen, is prohibited. The seller guarantees that they have the right to sell the items. Selling of counterfeit products is prohibited. Any offences will be reported to the police.
  • MUSE retains the right to use images and video of the items to promote the store on social media and the website.

Unsold items.

If you have unsold items, MUSE offers the sellers an option to donate to ensure no garments end up in landfill, and all garments find a new loving home. The items are donated to charities chosen by MUSE.

Security

We will do our best to ensure that your items are secure instore with our security system, however, MUSE takes no responsibility if an item is damaged, lost or stolen or if there is a fire, water damage or other unforeseen situations. The store is fitted with camera surveillance and security gates, all thefts will be reported to the police.

REFUNDS: Under the Consumer Law Act, we sell second-hand preloved apparel and accessories, MUSE, Relove does not own any of the stock available to purchase. Refunds are not permitted, as all items are second-hand and sold on behalf of our clients. However, in the rare instance that an item is mistakenly marked for sale but is beyond repair or not fit for purchase, we will review the matter and determine an appropriate resolution. A refund may be issued only within 5 days of purchase. This amount will be deducted from client payouts.  

MUSE, Relove is open 7 days per week, unless otherwise advertised.

Our Service

MUSE, Relove is a rent-a-rack, second-hand fashion boutique. We provide an easy way for the community to rehome quality fashion items, earn money and help the contribute to a circular economy. We only accept clean and undamaged items for sale. MUSE reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time.

Charges and payment of proceeds:

  • Rack rental and commission rates are detailed on our website, MUSE, Relove reserves the right to update/change our pricing structure.
  • Rack reservations can be made online or by contacting the store.
  • Rack rental fees must be paid at the time of the online booking.
  • Rental fees are non refundable, no refunds are issued if the rental period is finished early.
  • No refunds are issued if the client decides to finish their rental early.
  • Requests to change booked dates (within 14 days of reservation start date) are not guaranteed and will be managed on a case-by-case basis. Amendments to those moved to later dates will not be eligible for refund.
  • In addition to the rack rental fee, 30% commission is charged by MUSE, Relove on all items sold. Unless Concierge service is booked, at which 40% commission is charged.
  • Concierge service is only available where the service has been booked and the items are dropped off at the commencement of the reservation.
  • Please complete bank details in Zellr at the time of online booking to ensure payout on time.
  • The proceeds of sales, less commission, are paid to the client’s bank account within 10 days of the end of the rental period.
  • Strictly online card payments only for reservations.
