MUSE, Relove was born from a passion for sustainable fashion, we desire to create a community where preloved items can shine again.

MUSE owner, Camille Reed – Sustainable Fashion Strategist and Circular Textile Innovation Leader, Founder The Australian Circular Fashion Conference, plus founder of the Australasian Circular Textile Association (ACTA), 2017-2022 – after a sabbatical has turned her passion once again to supporting the re-love fashion movement.
Renowned in the industry for her can-do attitude and feverous passion for sustainability, Camille proudly aligned herself through partnerships with National and International circular economy experts.
Camille is recognised as a world leader in fashion sustainability founding The Australian Circular Fashion Conference (ACFC), a unique annual event fostering collaboration between thought leaders within the apparel and textile sectors on circularity, sustainability, technology and innovation.
The ACFC achieves this by shedding light on waste and consumption, which largely affects economic viability and longevity, particularly for the fashion industry, over the next 5-10 years.
Based upon the success with the ACFC conference, Camille begun to develop the pillars required to underpin standardisation and industry requirements for extended producer responsibility and implementing circular design. Camille begun elevating and innovating Australia’s local fashion and textile sectors through her continuous research; providing her network the most important and up to date information in order for the local industry to stay ahead of the curve.

At MUSE, Relove, we handle the shipping for items sold online or via our rack rental system. Once an item sells, we arrange for secure shipping to the buyer’s preferred address. Sellers, rest assured that we’ll take care of all the logistics so you can focus on showcasing your preloved items. Shipping fees are calculated based on the buyer’s location and item weight, ensuring transparency and fair pricing.

We have a strict no return or exchange policy. All items are final at the point of sale because they are second-hand and sold through a commission structure. We recommend all buyers inspect items carefully before purchasing, either online or in-store. Feel free to ask questions or request more details about an item prior to purchase—our team is happy to help ensure you’re confident in your choices.
Please refer to NSW Fair Trading for preloved under Acceptable Quality. We honour that if items do not meet out standards of acceptable quality (i.e stained or torn) then we will consider a return.
